Ryshawn Ellison, 23, was arrested on June 9 after an investigation connected him to the shooting of a 23-year-old victim on the 500 block of North Glover Street on April 29, according to Baltimore Police.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
